The role

Hey! I'm the founder of Venluto. We help marketing agencies generate $1M in new revenue through outbound. We already generate the leads. Your job is to turn positive replies into qualified meetings.

Prospects reply to our outreach saying things like:

"Interested.""Send me more information.""Let's talk."

You take over from there.

Positive reply→Fast follow-up→Qualification→Booked meeting→Show-up

A normal day

Speed matters. Follow-up wins.

Calling prospects shortly after they reply
Qualifying whether they are actually a fit
Booking meetings directly into the calendar
Following up via phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
Re-engaging prospects who stop replying
Confirming meetings and reducing no-shows
Keeping the CRM updated
Following up until there is a clear yes or no

You are not cold calling random lists all day. These are prospects who have already engaged with our outreach and shown interest. We want someone who moves quickly, while the prospect still remembers the conversation.

What we're looking for

You like the phone. And you like winning.

Previous SDR, appointment-setting or sales experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident speaking with founders, CEOs and senior executives
Comfortable using CRM and AI tools
Competitive and motivated by numbers

Your KPIs

We care about results.

Speed to lead. Positive reply to meeting conversion. Qualified meetings booked. Meeting show-up rate. Follow-up completion.

No prospecting

We generate the opportunities.

No need to prospect or build lists yourself. Your job is to convert them.

Compensation

Base salary, plus a bonus for every 100 meetings.

Per year, depending on experience.

For every 100 qualified meetings that are booked and attended.
